The Ministry of Health has launched an online arrival form.
It must be filled in before arrival in the Czech Republic by all persons who have stayed for more than 12 hours in the last 14 days in the territory of countries that are not on the List of Countries with a low risk of covid-19.
This measure is related to the obligation to undergo a test for the presence of covid-19 in the Czech Republic at its own expense and quarantine regime according to the conditions specified in the Protective Measure - Restriction of Crossing the State Border of the Czech Republic.

As for testing in other EU countries, PCR tests from these countries will now be recognized, but not older than 72 hours. The test result is submitted immediately after entering the territory of the Czech Republic to the locally relevant regional hygienic station. For the purposes of this emergency measure, the Member States of the European Union include the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Swiss Confederation, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Principality of Andorra, the Principality of Monaco, the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State.
